Autopac Customer Service Representative

Job Profile:

A key responsibility of this role is to provide superior customer service to our existing Autopac and prospective new Autopac clients as well as our personal insurance clients. To accomplish this, the successful candidate possess strong auto insurance knowledge with the ability to identify clients insurance risks and requirements.  As an experienced & knowledgeable licensed broker, you will have excellent communication  skills allowing you to advise and provide clients with direction and insurance solutions on Autopac & Driver Licensing products and coverage.     In addition to providing superior customer service and exceeding client expectations, employees in this role should be focused & motivated to take advantage of  learning opportunities when presented to further advance their current insurance careers.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • IWS certification with a minimum of 1 (one) year experience required
  • Applicants must hold a minimum Agent/Broker Level 1 General Insurance license from the Insurance Council of Manitoba
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS office products and strong computer skills
  • Excellent phone skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
