The Commercial Admin Assistant is a supportive role to the Commercial Account Admin and Commercial Account Executive. Tasks will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing mail, invoicing, preparing letters, preparing policy package for renewal and new business, issuing binders of insurance, certificates, processing payments, Autopac and other duties as required.


  • Completion of Fundamentals of Insurance or CAIB 1
  • Completion of MPI’s Intro to Autopac and Driver Licensing course
  • Commercial lines insurance experience an asset, but not required.
  • Knowledge/experience in personal lines and Autopac (IWS Certified).
  • Enrollment in designations such as CAIB, CIP and/or CRM is an asset.
