CSR – Business and Commercial Trainee

At Brio Insurance you’ll have the opportunity to work within a great team environment with a focus on business and commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all business and commercial documents and files
  • Maintaining prospects and ensuring current client data is recorded in the Broker Management and Policy  Works
  • Preparing documents such as letters, certificates, binders of insurance, and statement of values
  • Providing renewal letters to insurers and assisting in the collection of accounts receivable


  • Completion of Grade 12
  • CAIB Level 1 – License (or working towards)

Experience (desired)

  • 1 – 2 years experience working at an insurance brokerage in an administrative, support, or MPI role
