Customer Service Representative II – Full Time

Interlake Insurance is seeking applications for the position of CSR II.

The primary responsibilities of a CSR II at Interlake Insurance are:

  • Maintain and expand the book of business, whether auto insurance, personal lines, or commercial lines.
  • Process Autopac transactions, renewal letters and related documentation in a pro-active manner.
  • Ensure all customer accounts are maintained, up to date and accurate. This is done with a keen attention to detail.
  • Always put customer service first with a friendly and sincere attitude.
  • Seek out and follow up on new business leads with enthusiasm.
  • Ensure all clients are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

To successfully perform these responsibilities, we are seeking individuals with a strong passion for customer service, great attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and advance as well as a high standard of professionalism.

A level two general insurance license two year minimum experience and knowledge of The Broker Workstation is preferred.
