Position Summary

Full time: Personal Lines Manager
Hours:  Full time

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead our team of brokers to provide a unified and cohesive work flow.
  • Research and implement change strategies.
  • Hold weekly meetings on work flow and expectations.
  • Coach and mentor.
  • Manage a book of clients.
  • Keep current insurance rules and workflow processes
  • Actively participate in training initiatives

Requirements for Position

  • Minimum Level 3 general license
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • IWS Certified
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule along with team members.

  • Exposure to Power Broker BMS
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
