We’re looking for the right person to join our flock as a supervisor at the Graham branch! As a supervisor, you’ll take our flock under your wing and lead, facilitate, and develop the team to ensure clients receive the best possible insurance service and solutions.

Roles + responsibilities

  • Leadership
    • Model and promote Brio Insurance values, services, and culture
    • Create, communicate, and execute strategic plans
    • Recruit superior performers to join the Brio Insurance team
    • Design succession and development plans to recognize and grow high potential performers
    • Establish productive relationships and partnerships
    • Coach a team to achieve and exceed business goals
    • Complete and communicate essential written and verbal information with corporate partners, clients, and the team within requirements and deadlines
    • Promote a team culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and root-cause problem solving
  • Community relations
    • Seek out opportunities to participate in, and support community initiatives
    • Maximize opportunities to grow within the market area and establish relationships with clients and potential clients within the service area
    • Stay current on community issues and represent Brio Insurance when relevant and advantageous to do so

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Education (required)

  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • Valid Broker Level 3 designation through the Insurance Council of Manitoba.
  • CAIB 4 would be an asset
  • Manitoba Public Insurance as Key Autopac Person would be an asset
  • Completion of, or enrolment in, post-secondary education relating to business and/or management is an asset.

Experience (desired)

  • 5-7 years of team leadership experience, including a proven history of team development.
  • 5 years of insurance industry experience.
