Irina is a Senior Training Consultant with the Excellence & Development team at Intact Insurance. With over 10 years of industry experience, she has developed a deep passion for fostering talent and excellence in the insurance industry. 

Irina firmly believes that effective training and development leads to stronger professionals and better business outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance, from the University of Alberta, along with an After Degree in Arts (Sociology) also from the U of A.  She is lifelong learner and is currently working towards her FCIP designation.

In her free time, Irina enjoys photography, volunteering at her children’s schools, and travelling with her family.
