Erin Cleyndert is Vice President, Operations & Strategic Enablement at CSIO, where she leads the execution of strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the organization. With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Erin has held leadership roles at Gore Mutual and Allianz, leading large-scale transformation, digital modernization, and operational improvement initiatives. She has extensive experience aligning strategy with execution and helping organizations navigate change while delivering business value.
