DESCRIPTION:MPI / IWS Training\n\nMPI / IWS Training is phase 2 and 3 of 
 your Level 1 Licence journey. Please read below for more details.\n\n-- 
 Phase 2 - IWS Tutorial --\n\nThis phase includes eighty (80) hours of su
 pervised training in a brokerage. This includes IWS computer assisted i
 nstruction (tutorial) that leads students through a variety of Autopac t
 ransactions, screen by screen. Students who are not employed at a broker
 age already must secure their own placement at a brokerage to be able to
  take this phase of the course.    \n\nFor current job postings, ple

 ---------------------------------------\n\n-- Phase 3 - MPI Training --\
 n\nThis phase includes three (3) days of MPI Basic Auto Training, in (vi
 rtual or in person) classroom with a teacher. At completion, students wi
 ll challenge the MPI Basic Auto Training test and successful completion 
 meets the education requirement for a Level Restricted Auto-Only License
 .\n\nUpon Completion: Students successfully completing and passing the 
 open book MPI Autopac exam will now be a certified Autopac agent. As lon
 g as all ICM requirements are fulfilled and the employee has an insuranc
 e license, they are now able to begin assisting customers in an Autopac 
 capacity.\n\n* Note - Completion of Phase 3 only does not qualify an
  individual to sell insurance in Manitoba unless you have Auto Broker or
  your Level 1 License.\n\n----------------------------------------------
