  Training is phase 2 and 3 of your Level 1 License journey. Please read 
 below for more details.\n\n-- Phase 2 - IWS Tutorial --\n\nThis phase in
 cludes eighty (80) hours of supervised training in a brokerage. This in
 cludes IWS computer assisted instruction (tutorial) that leads students 
 through a variety of Autopac transactions, screen by screen. Students wh
 o are not employed at a brokerage already must secure their own placemen
 t at a brokerage to be able to take this phase of the course.    \n\

 n-- Phase 3 - Introduction to Autopac and Driver license --\n\nThis pha
 se includes three (3) days of MPI Basic Auto Training, in (virtual or in
  person) classroom with a teacher. At completion, students will challeng
 e the MPI Basic Auto Training test and successful completion meets the e
 ducation requirement for a Level Restricted Auto-Only License.\n\nUpon C
 ompletion: Students successfully completing and passing the open book M
 PI Autopac exam will now be a certified Autopac agent. As long as all IC
 M requirements are fulfilled and the employee has an insurance license, 
 they are now able to begin assisting customers in an Autopac capacity.\n
 \n* Note - Completion of Phase 3 only does not qualify an individua
 l to sell insurance in Manitoba unless you have Auto Broker or your Leve
