 rial Golf Tournament was on Wednesday, August 27th at Quarry Oaks Golf 
 Course and it was another sold-out event!  \n\nThank you to everyone 
 who attended, golfed, sponsored and helped make the day a great success!

  your support, $25,000.00 was donated to the Movement Centre of Manitoba

 About the Tournament:\n\nThe tournament is set up Texas Scramble (best b
 all) style, where each team plays 18 holes and can participate in a Putt
 ing Green Contest! \n\n------------------------------------------------

 ale Rempel Memorial Golf Tournament was created in 2013 and is run in ho
 nour of Dale Rempel, Past-President of IBAM and IBAC, and a fierce advoc
 ate and leader for the insurance industry. After a courageous battle wit
 h brain cancer, Dale passed away in 2012. The IBAM Golf Tournament was t
 hen renamed in 2013 and from 2013-2023, all proceeds from the tournament
  were donated to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, with over $200,000 bein
 g donated to CancerCare research. \n\nIn 2024, IBAM created the IBAM Me
 mbership Community Champion Award; an award that recognizes and celebrat
 es one broker or brokerage who goes above and beyond for their community
 . This award is given out at the IBAM Convention in April, with the winn
 er receiving a certificate of recognition and having the honour of choos
 ing the charity-of-choice for the upcoming IBAM Dale Rempel Memorial Gol
 f Tournament that year. The 2025 recipient of the IBAM Membership Champi
 on Award is La Salle Insurance Brokers, and the charity of choice for th
 e IBAM Dale Rempel Memorial Golf Tournament for 2025 is The Movement Cen
 tre of Manitoba.\n\nThe Movement Centre of Manitoba is a registered char
 itable organization that specializes in providing Conductive Education a
 nd Occupational Therapy to help individuals with neuromotor conditions i
 ncrease their mobility, confidence, and independence in activities of da
