What You’ll Be Doing:
• Consistently deliver an awesome client experience
• Help clients with their Autopac transactions and provide ongoing support
• Manage and grow an existing shared book of personal lines business
• Spot opportunities to cross-sell and help clients find the insurance solutions they really need
• Hit new business and cross-sales targets (and celebrate when you do!)
• Stay sharp with ongoing learning and industry updates
• Be a positive force on the team and an ambassador for our company values

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum Level 1 General Insurance license (Level 2 is even better!)
• IWS certification with solid Autopac experience
• Experience in personal lines insurance is an asset
• A positive, can-do attitude with great communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and comfort with the Epic BMS (bonus points if you’re already familiar!)
• Able to pass a criminal record check and bonding application
