Job Description / Duties
What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing exceptional client support by handling day-to-day insurance inquiries.
• Assisting with client proposals and reports.
• Preparing and issuing certificates of insurance promptly and accurately.
• Managing client documentation, including invoices, policy documents, and endorsements.
Qualifications / Required Skills
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A client-first mindset.
