Job Description / Duties

We are seeking a Auto Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. You may be asked to work at any of our 3 locations in Winnipeg to provide proper training opportunities.

*Responsibilities*
- Provide MPI/Auto insurance sales
- Selling Travel Insurance/Emergency Medical
- Assist with Personal Lines Insurance renewals, with an opportunity to grow
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Qualifications / Required Skills

*Experience*

- Proficient in English;

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous

- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

- Passed the Fundamentals of Insurance or CAIB 1 exam within the past 6 months and eligible for a Level 1 General Insurance License from the Insurance Council of Manitoba

- IWS Certification or willing to train

- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 41.5 per week
