Job Description / Duties

***IN-PERSON POSTITION IN GIMLI MANITOBA***

• Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information
• Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs
• Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance polices
• Maintain MPI & office inventory
• Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications (But We’re Happy to Train the Right Person!)
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the insurance industry or a similar field.
• Completion of Fundamentals of Insurance is an asset, but we can assist with the examining process as well.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Word and Outlook is preferred.
• Experience with Applied Epic is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training.
• Familiarity with Autopac transactions and the IWS System is an advantage, but we’re happy to teach you if you’re eager to learn.
