Job Description / Duties

- Customer service for our Personal Lines, Autopac and other office duties
- Yearly review of client policy accounts, cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain documentation in client file and BMS (Power Broker)
- Dedication to provide utmost care and service in providing protection for our clients
- New business quoting/submissions and ongoing marketing servicing/efforts.

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Broker General Insurance License Level 1 Agent, Level 2 is considered a strong asset.
- IWS Autopac certification
- Proficient in MS office/word and strong computer skills
- Minimum 1 year of personal lines experience
- Working knowledge of Broker Management, quoting software and portal experience (Intact and Aviva Insurance)
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Have a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, yet disciplined to work independently.
