About the Role
This is a key role within our Personal Lines team, focused on managing and growing an existing book of business while providing trusted advice to clients. You’ll play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of service.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and servicing an existing personal lines book of business
• Advising clients on home and other personal insurance products
• Preparing quotes, processing renewals, and handling policy changes
• Supporting clients through the claims process with professionalism and care
• Contributing to the overall success of the office through teamwork and day-to-day support

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For
Core Skills:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
Assets:
• Level 1 Insurance Brokers License (or willingness to obtain)
• Progress toward or interest in CAIB designation
• Previous personal lines or insurance-related experience
