What will you be doing?
The Auto Insurance Specialist is primarily responsible for processing basic insurance transactions and auto policies.

Key Responsibilities:
· This position processes basic insurance transactions and auto policies.
· Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker.
· Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client's needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk.
· Recommends and implements a client’s insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio Insurance products and services.
· Maintains thorough knowledge of and adhere to organizational policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention. 

What do you need?
· Level 1 or willing to work towards Level 1 Brokers license
· Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner 
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 
· Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy 
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure 
· Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
· Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures 
· Proficient computer skills
