Job Description / Duties

What You’ll Do:
Assist AutoPac customers with transactions, renewals, and inquiries
Provide clear product and service information to help clients make confident decisions
Offer insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs
Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies
Maintain MPI and office inventory
Support basic administrative functions within the Personal Lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:
Customer service experience (insurance or similar client-focused role preferred)
Level 1 insurance license or completion of Fundamentals of Insurance
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is an asset, but not required
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people
