Winnipeg Insurance Brokers Ltd. is looking for an energetic individual to take on the role of Client Experience Specialist located at the organization’s head office at 2565 Portage Avenue.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming environment for all clients regardless of how they interact with us: in-person, over-the-phone, and electronically
• Consistently execute on the delivery of the defined Client Experience Strategy
• Responsible for answering in-bound phone calls, sending information/workflow for handling to other team members as required, and/or taking messages and ensuring clients receive prompt response
• Making proactive outbound phone calls to existing clients in line with the Client Experience Strategy
• Responsible for the maintenance of the supply room and common areas of the branch
• Assisting team members with personal lines renewal checklists and payments
• Accountable for actively and overtly embodying the “why”, vision and values of Winnipeg Insurance Brokers Ltd and act as an ambassador of the organization both with internal and external partners.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Exudes positive energy and bubbly personality
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Has a basic understanding of and can navigate the Microsoft Office suite of products; has basic keyboard/computer skills
• High School diploma is preferred; summer students are welcome to apply
• No general insurance license is required
