Job Description / Duties

- Provide professional advice and solutions for personal insurance needs including Manitoba Public Insurance products, travel health and personal lines (home) insurance.
- Review client coverage and recommend appropriate policy options.
- Prepare quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Process new applications, cancellations and policy updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of customer service.
- Ensure all documentation and client interactions comply with industry and regulatory standards.
- Stay current on insurance products, trends and guidelines.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving sales, retention and service targets.

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Level 1 or 2 license.
- 2 years experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills.
