Job Description / Duties

In this role you will be responsible for inspiring, developing, engaging and supporting a high-performance team to integrate service and selling strategies that drive business growth, retention and service excellence.



Here is what a typical day looks like



Develop a high-performance team through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness
Ensure a high level of operational success by consistently reviewing and improving current processes
Drive cross-selling and delivery of service, selling and product knowledge training
Build and nurture a constructive working relationship with insurance program partners and clients
Manage program renewals, including negotiating rates and acceptance of renewal terms, proposing coverage changes and developing retention strategies for at-risk accounts
Collaborate with your Director and management across various teams to set strategies and implement operational plans
Analyze key retention and sales reports to identify trends, measure productivity, and adapt tactical plans

Qualifications / Required Skills

The value you bring:



LLQP License required
3-5 years of experience in Group Benefits, ideally in an Operational or Administrative Leadership role
Client facing experience in Employee Benefits, with an in-depth understanding of how to navigate plan administration and renewals
Demonstrated experience collaborating with Directors and Management teams
Passion for developing and empowering team members to sharpen their skills and hit KPIs

Hours: Full time, Permanent - 37.5hrs/week
