For over 30 years, clients throughout the Flin Flon, Creighton, Cranberry Portage, Denare Beach and surrounding areas have counted on Flin Flon Insurance for auto, home, commercial and travel insurance coverage and advice.

Our office is seeking an entry level or experienced Insurance Broker to develop into a long-term insurance professional.

The successful candidate will require an aptitude for learning; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a professional demeanor and a high level of personal integrity. Excellent customer service, along with the ability to understand and explain policy terms, wordings and conditions are essential. Time management and strong organizational skills are essential in this fast paced environment.

To be considered for this position, you must be committed to achieving a Level 1 Brokers License and to continue ongoing professional development as the opportunity to grow and develop into higher licensing levels exists.

Our office hours of operation are Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Previous insurance experience is not necessary but beneficial. We are willing to train the right individual with a genuine interest in becoming an insurance professional.

We offer a Permanent Full Time position with salary commensurate with experience, as well as Canada Life Extended Health and Dental Benefits, paid vacation, pension and more.
