Opportunity:
JEM is seeking an experienced insurance professional in a full time position, effective immediately in Ste. Rose du Lac
Performance Objectives:
• Manage/Build a large book of business by servicing existing & new clients
• Process new business, renewals and policy change requests on broker management system as well as various company portals
• Provide superior service to existing clients with a focus on retention and cross selling opportunities where opportunity exists
• Work effectively with all members of the insurance team to obtain a clear understanding of our clients insurance needs

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications/Skills:
• Preferable that Candidates possess a general insurance license from the Insurance Council of Manitoba, a level 2 license is an asset
• Demonstrated experience with Personal Lines of insurance is required, including managing a book of business within a team environment
• Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Working knowledge of Broker Management system, experience with TAM is an asset
• Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
