Job Description / Duties

• Front line service role primarily counseling Personal Lines clients and supporting Autopac needs
• Independently perform Personal Lines(home, condo, tenant, seasonal, watercraft) new business & renewal transactions servicing a dedicated group of clients
• Autopac transactions within a team environment
• Sales and Administrative duties related to the above

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Minimum Agent/Broker Level 2 General Insurance license preferred
• IWS Certification
• Prefer minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience with EPIC an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone
• the willingness to drop what you are doing to help others

Additional Information

• No evening or weekend work
• Hours of Operation: 9 AM to 6 PM
• Located at 8-1504 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba
