Job Description / Duties

This role supports our producer across multiple lines of business, including Autopac, Travel Insurance, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide day-to-day support to dedicated producer
• Assist with Autopac transactions and inquiries for these clients
• Support personal lines policies (home, seasonals, etc.)
• Assist with commercial lines administration
• Process COI’s
• Help process travel insurance requests
• Prepare quotes, policy changes, renewals, and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records in our systems
• Deliver friendly, reliable service to clients and team members

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:
• Level 1 or 2 Insurance License (or willingness to work towards Level 2)
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
