In this role, you'll guide clients through their insurance options with care and clarity, delivering exceptional service in both English and Mandarin. We’re seeking energetic, experienced individuals to support the sales and servicing of personal lines and Autopac insurance. A strong focus on cross-selling additional products will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
-Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
-Applicants must hold a minimum Level 1 Agent/Broker General Insurance licence
-IWS certification with Autopac experience is considered an asset
-Experience in personal lines insurance is considered an asset
-Exudes positive energy and a can-do attitude
-Fantastic communication and organizational skills
-Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office products and TAM/Epic is considered an asset
-A criminal record check and bonding application will be required
