Job Description / Duties
The position:
• Lead a team of seasoned insurance brokers
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurance companies and team members
• Engage with clients to manage their Commercial, Homeowner and Autopac needs
• File management on our Broker Management System and insurer portals
• Continue self-development through industry training and other courses
• Play a meaningful role is the continued growth of the brokerage
Qualifications / Required Skills
We are looking for a Level 3 Insurance Broker with IWS certification, CAIB or CIP Designation and 5+ years experience for our office at 1821 Main Street, Winnipeg. Experience in managing a brokerage office is a positive as well as the ability of have fun. We also value your input and ideas as we grow our organization together.
