The Role

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Personal Lines/Autopac Insurance Advisor to join our Winnipeg team. Your mission? Help clients understand their policies without all the confusing jargon, answer their insurance questions with confidence, and make them feel like they’ve got a trusted ally in their corner. Most of your days will be spent managing a personal lines book that includes boats, home, tenants and condo policies and some Autopac.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Solid insurance knowledge without the robot-speak
Sharp eye for detail and problem-solving superpowers
A true team player who knows collaboration beats competition
Customer service skills that make clients say, “Wow, that was easy!”
2+ years of insurance experience
Personal lines & Autopac expertise
