Job Description / Duties

We're looking for a licensed Personal Lines / Autopac Broker to join our Winnipeg team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking home, tenant, condo, and vehicle insurance — helping them find the right coverage at the right price while delivering the kind of personal service that big national brokers simply can't match.What You'll Do

Quote, bind, and service personal lines insurance policies (home, tenant, condo, travel)
Process MPI Autopac transactions in compliance with MPI guidelines
Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverage
Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Maintain accurate client files and documentation across carrier platforms
Support clients through the claims process with advocacy and guidance

Qualifications / Required Skills

Active Level 1 Insurance Licence (IBAM/ICM) — required
MPI Autopac Certification — required
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance brokerage
Strong communication skills — warm, clear, and client-focused
Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
Familiarity with broker management systems is an asset
