Job Description / Duties

Responsibilities:

Assess Client Needs – Evaluate clients’ personal insurance needs based on lifestyle, property, assets, and risk exposure.

Provide Quotes – Source and compare insurance quotes from multiple insurers to find suitable coverage options.

Advise on Coverage – Educate clients on policy options, terms, exclusions, and endorsements to ensure informed decision-making.

Process Applications and Renewals – Complete insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time.

Maintain Client Records – Keep detailed, up-to-date records of policies, correspondence, and transactions.

Handle Policy Changes – Assist clients with policy amendments, cancellations, and additions (e.g., adding a vehicle or updating address).

Support Autopac Brokers as required

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications:

· Completion of Fundamentals of Insurance or CAIB 1 (preference will be given to those with Level 2 CAIB)

· Completion of MPI’s Introduction to Autopac and Driver Licensing course

· Energetic and Positive attitude

· Strong attention to detail

· Professionalism & Integrity
