We’re hiring a Personal Lines Client Specialist in Winnipeg to join our ambitious, client-focused brokerage. If you’ve got a year or two of experience at a larger firm and are looking for a more supportive, high-performing environment—we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Broker, you'll:

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal insurance clients (home, auto, tenant, etc.)
• Provide expert, timely advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle
• Process new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Identify and address coverage gaps with effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements
• Stay current on industry trends and product developments

Qualifications / Required Skills

What You Bring

• Valid Level 1 Insurance License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
• A desire to develop and fine-tune your knowledge of personal lines products and markets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• References available upon request
