Job Description / Duties

We’re looking for a client-focused Private Client Manager to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized insurance solutions, manage MPI/Autopac transactions, and deliver outstanding service that builds trust and loyalty.

What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients with professionalism and care.

- Process MPI/Autopac transactions, renewals, and driver licensing accurately and efficiently.

- Review renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Write new home, condo, tenant, and auto policies, along with travel and watercraft coverage.

- Maintain accurate documentation and client records in Applied Systems EPIC.

- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What You Bring:

- 3–5 years’ experience in personal lines or Autopac within a brokerage.

- Minimum Level 1 Agent/Broker License (Level 2 and IWS Certification as an asset).

- Strong knowledge of MPI/Autopac and personal insurance products.

- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office.

- A proactive, client-first mindset
