What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead Sales & Growth: Drive regional sales plans, set branch goals, and support training to keep teams sharp and competitive.
⦁ Elevate Customer Experience: Champion service standards that create loyal, lasting relationships.
⦁ Optimize Operations: Ensure compliance, streamline processes, and conduct audits for consistency across branches.
⦁ Build Strong Teams: Recruit, train, and retain top talent while planning for future leadership needs.
⦁ Communicate & Collaborate: Keep branches aligned with company objectives through clear, consistent communication.

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We’re Looking For
⦁ Proven leadership in multi-location management.
⦁ Strong sales and customer service expertise.
⦁ A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and meeting KPIs, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history.
⦁ Proven track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree, diploma in business admin, or other education and relevant experience an asset.
⦁ CAIB designation an asset.
⦁ Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
⦁ Excellent communication and organizational skills
⦁ Willingness to travel within the region
