Job Description / Duties

Assist AutoPac customers with transactions, renewals, and inquiries
Provide clear, caring service and coverage guidance
Quote and sell Travel Insurance
Maintain MPI and office inventory
Train and support AutoPac staff
Manage Marine, Off-Road vehicle, SRE and Tenant Policies as well as providing Personal Lines Support.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Strong customer service skills
Minimum Level 1 licensed broker
Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Outlook
MPI IWS experience
Personal Lines quoting experience as asset
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Valid Manitoba Driver’s License or ID Card
Clear criminal record check required
