DIGITAL TEAM LEAD – COMMERCIAL INSURANCE SALES

Here is what a typical day looks like

Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your leader.
Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
Ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
Work with Account Executives to quote and cross sell products to new clients to contribute to the growth of the business
Monitor lead management for the entire team to ensure the experience the customers are receiving is exceptional.
Role modeling expected behaviors by reaching out to customers when required, placing complex risks and other behaviors that contribute to a strong and successful team.
Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses

Qualifications / Required Skills

General Insurance Level 2 License and Commerical Insurance Experience mandatory
History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
Involvement in industry related associations and your community
Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Dedicated home office w/ reliable internet connection

Additional Information

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST) and rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST) and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
