The Branch Coordinator is responsible for balancing the front line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability and employee satisfaction.

The Branch Coordinator ensures the branch is functioning in a professional and efficient manner at all times. The Branch Coordinator will interact daily with clients and employees, quotes and
processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills while promoting a superior company image.

Accomplishments Needed:

A minimum license level 3 is required. EPIC skills are essential. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Autopac and 5 years experience in Personal Lines is preferred. Strong insurance product knowledge and a company ambassador is a must.
