Commercial Client Service Representative – St Mary’s location

At Brio Insurance you’ll have the opportunity to work within a great team environment with a focus on business and commercial accounts. This awesome position (if we do say so ourselves) will focus on a few key areas:

  • Managing all business and commercial documents and files
  • Maintaining prospects and ensuring current client data is recorded in the Broker Management and Policy Works
  • Preparing documents such as letters, certificates, binders of insurance, and statement of values
  • Providing renewal letters to insurers and assisting in the collection of accounts receivable


  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Level 1 or higher insurance licence (preference will be given to those with a level 2 or 3 licence)


  • 2 – 3 years of experience working in a progressive insurance-related organization
  • 3 – 5 years of experience providing business solutions that regularly exceed expectations
  • Regular involvement in community programs, committees, and volunteer roles
