JEM Insurance is a privately owned insurance brokerage with 3 locations in Winnipeg and one location in rural Manitoba. The company has been in operation since 2006 and licensed to sell insurance in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

We are currently accepting applications for a full time Commercial Customer Service Representative at our Head Office – Academy Road location to provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to our prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Applicants must hold a Level 2 Broker General Insurance license
  • Must hold IWS certification
  • Minimum two (2) years selling Commercial Lines experience
  • Strong computer skills with TAM experience would be considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task, detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


  • Writing New Business – Personal & Commercial, SRE policies
  • Renewing existing policies
  • Providing support to our commercial lines manager as needed
  • Maintaining existing policies-reviewing coverages and processing updates

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour work week, hours flexible between 8 am to 6 pm
