About Our Licensed Insurance Broker Role

Our Kildonan Place location is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to contribute to the overall achievement of financial growth for the company through insurance sales and service activities. Our Insurance Brokers offer insurance advice and services to prospective and existing clients within the broker authority level while ensuring they provide an exceptional customer experience.

Brokerage hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Thursday 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm.

About You

If you’re a dynamic individual who easily builds relationships and has a proven track record in providing exceptional customer experiences, this could be a great opportunity to join our Insurance team!

Requirements

  • Level 1, 2 or 3 General Insurance license from the Insurance Council of Manitoba
  • IWS certification, Autopac / SRE experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of a Broker Management System, preferably TAM.
  • CAIB Designation or working towards is an asset
  • Demonstrated excellent communicator
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities
