Job Description / Duties

Provide aid to customers in person and over the phone with regards to vehicle and property insurance; making changes, renewing policies, taking payment and issuing new packages.
Filing, organizing along with general office duties are also required.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Fundamentals of Insurance or CAIB 1 completed.
• IWS Certification and Autopac Experience
• Computer Skills(Word, Outlook, TBW)
• Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
• CAIB 2 & 3 Completed(Level 2 Insurance license) preferred

Additional Information

We are currently looking for an organized, diligent and enthusiastic individual with a minimum level 2 insurance designation to fill the available full time position and join our team.
