Job Description / Duties

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Head Office team in Winnipeg, MB on a full-time or part-time basis for the fall term! Hours of operation are Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm).

Responsibilities Include:

Process payments for Payables
Process online customer payments
Setup & manage Customer Payment Plans
Perform Branch Bank Account Transfers
Prepare Bank Account Reconciliations
Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications / Required Skills

Skills & Requirements:

Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Exceptional skills in data entry and keyboarding using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other reporting systems.
Strong attention to detail, and organizational and communication skills are a must.
Previous accounting, office administrative experience, and/or post-secondary education is an assets for this position.
