Job Description / Duties

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our commercial department. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to service our clients and help us reach new heights.

Responsibilities

Create insurance certificates & equipment lists, complete client invoicing, and provide general support to the commercial team
Deliver bonds and policies to clients
Manage general inquiry emails and website chat
Greet and assist visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications

Minimum Level 1 Insurance license
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Experience with TAM is an asset
Class 5 Driver's License
