As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you’re a collaborative leader with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You’ll flex your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise and general insurance knowledge to fulfill our clients’ needs.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Develop your leadership intuition by putting together a strong, client-focused team by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members

Eager to grow with minimal sales or customer service experience under your belt

A problem solver with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities

A minimum of 3 years’ insurance experience along with a Level 2 license
