Auto Insurance Specialist III

Roles & Responsibilities

This position processes basic insurance transaction and auto policies.
Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker.
Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client's needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk.
Recommends and implements a client’s insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio Insurance products and services.
Complete MPI transactions independently
Sell SMI auto extension policy independently
Write SMI/Got toys policies independently assist the Property Insurance Specialists by collecting data from personal lines clients, accurately complete residential cost calculators and use compu quote.


Essential Qualifications

Completed Level 2 Brokers Insurance license
One year of experience processing MPI/SMI transactions
Completed Intro to Autopac and DL, Customer Excellence, Extension Products and Commercial Vehicle Registration
Working towards completing all MPI courses
Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
