Position:

Full Time Autopac Customer Service Representative-
Location: 22-2077 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg, MB

If you are a highly motivated individual, have strong communication skills, can provide exceptional customer service, and are focused on growing your career in the insurance industry, this is the position for you!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist all walk-in, or phone-in Autopac customers while
providing excellent customer service
• Complete funds balancing and bank run daily
• Keep up to date with MPI’s rules and regulations
• Work as part of the team to ensure the branch runs
smoothly while ensuring the office is clean and
presentable for clients
• Maintain MPI and office inventory monthly
• Keep up to date with continuing education credits as
per ICM License requirements
• Actively cross-sell when opportunities arise with Travel,
Health, and Boat Insurance
• Actively prospect for home insurance leads
• Provide support to Personal Lines with processing and
other duties as required
• All other tasks as assigned by leader

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications / Required Skills:
• Level 1 General Insurance License with IWS Certification, or
willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite is an asset
• 1+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with a rotation of
Saturday’s which includes a day off in lieu
