Job Description / Duties

*Continually develop product, client and industry knowledge
*Servicing of customer accounts with minimum annual reviews, cross-selling and up-selling, and claims counseling
*Must have superior sales and customer service skills with a desire to build relationships
*Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in all situations
*Developing and pursuing new business opportunities
*Update underwriting information for the marking department when required.

Qualifications / Required Skills

*Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience
*Minimum Level 2 General Insurance License
*Life and Accident & Sickness License an asset
*Strong organizational skills
*Superb communication, presentation and relationship skills
*Self-starter who is comfortable with cold-calling and developing business
*Strong attention to detail and sound work ethic
