Job Description / Duties

The Job:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will join a strong team and use your technical expertise and commitment to customer service and collaborative work to manage an existing book of commercial business and develop relationships with new clients.

In addition to providing advice regarding commercial coverage you will also provide claims support, accounts receivable follow-up and coverage of rotational Autopac shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to success in this relationship-focused position

Qualifications / Required Skills

What We Are Looking For:
•Previous Commercial Lines experience and/or Post-secondary education in Business Administration an asset

•Level 2 General Insurance License preferred

•The ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

•A commitment to professionalism in relationships with clients and co-workers
