Job Description / Duties

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Under the direction of Management, to service an existing book of business, including Personal, Farm, and Commercial lines, among others
- Procuring new business across all lines
- Travelling between office locations for work when required, including site visits to clients' premises
- Completing AutoPac transactions when required

Qualifications / Required Skills

- A valid class 5 Drivers' licence and access to a vehicle
- A punctual, professional demeanor with a high level of personal integrity
- An aptitude for learning, growth & change
- A valid level 1 Insurance Brokers' licence is preferred, but not required. A commitment to obtaining a level 2 Insurance Brokers' licence in a timely fashion will be required.
- Experience working within a customer service based industry, office or sales environment is preferred.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel) and other Windows base programs, as well as troubleshooting computer/networking issues.
- A criminal record check will be required.
