Job Description / Duties

Insurance Advisor – Employee Benefits Service Center  

In this role you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of employee benefit clients. You will provide ongoing support for existing clients and build your portfolio with the addition of new policies. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our external clients and internal partners. 


Here is what a typical day looks like 


Track and document client interactions based on identified KPI’s

Conduct plan reviews of existing client block to find opportunity for enhancements

Refer and upsell products when talking to clients
Review, set up and onboard new group groups in accordance with plan design

Providing accurate and timely processing of customer documentation

Qualifications / Required Skills

The value you bring 

LLQP License is considered an asset; requirement to obtain within 3 months  

Experience with Benefit administration and Relationship management.  Previous experience working for a Third-Party administrator (TPA) considered an asset 

Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and sales-related experience
